Instructions for refund
Note:
Refunds for the purchased ticket are only possible in case of a delay in the departure of the vessel for which the ticket was purchased. The delay of navigation may be caused by boat failure or unfavorable weather conditions. If there is a basis for the refund, the money will be returned to the buyer's account. The seller is not responsible for any errors made by the buyer and will not be considered as the basis for the full amount of money. Customer mistakes include: incorrectly selected date of navigation, wrongly selected relationship, or incorrectly selected maps. In case of cancellation, the deduction fee is 50% of the total amount of the bill. If you want to change the travel date, the deduction fee is 25% of the total amount of the bill. Refunds must be sent at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip.


Steps for refund:
  1. Contact seller by filling out the form "Send inquery" with the following information: name of the buyer, order number, route, time and date of departure.
  2. Seller will contact you regarding problems within a few days.
